 Tony Silvagni has been a competitive surfer ever since he could stand. Being on the world longboarding tour (WSL) for the past 15 years he also runs a surf school and beach rental business in Carolina Beach, NC. He has been a team rider for Stewart Surf Boards for over 12 years with support through his professional surfing career.  What makes him stand out is that he not only is one of the highest ranked longboarder in the oceans but he is also one of the best teachers and ambassadors of the sport. From surfing alongside legends all over the globe his knowledge and critical technique is finely tuned and is able to portray these teachings to a wide scope of surfers. He has just finished this years circuit for the world title and is currently ranked 5th in the world. A former ISA world champion and a valued member of the USA surf team, along with countless wins throughout his career. Now his passion is gearing towards sharing this stoke with all. Throughout each longboarding clinic Tony will share his knowledge on the basics of wave selection, proper board choice, feet placement, posture, trimming, cut backs, drop knee turns, and of course nose riding. We will surf daily in various breaks for each tropical location according to that days conditions. Each session will be recorded and In the down time Tony will go over each participants waves with them personally on how to improve in certain areas and surf to your highest potential. You will leave with a profound amount of surf wisdom after 1 week. 

Layna is a 500hr RYT practitioner. For 9 years she has led all forms of yoga from Advanced asana, including Vinyasa and Ashtanga to rejuvenating slow flow, restorative and yin sessions. Being diverse in her practice she encompasses the yin and yang of the practice. The stillness and the dynamisms. With a balance of physical strength and flexibility aligned with the stillness and bliss within the mind and self. Flows geared towards improving the body and nervous system for optimal surf fitness. She has studied techniques of this connection throughout Central America, South America, India and Sri Lanka. With an integration of breath, asana, mediation, chi, wisdom and devotion, yoga dissolves into a way of life rather than a practice.  Layna has also been a surfer her whole life. Growing up on the shores of Florida, whether freediving, paddling or riding waves everyday she finds sea time. Thus dubbing the name Sea Reina, meaning sea queen or mermaid. She has traveled far and wide around the world chasing waves and a deeper connection with the ocean, locals and colorful culture from sea to sea to now share with all. These retreats do not have a single goal of just surfing or yoga, they strive in all angles to connect, support and uplift local cultures, economy and environmental stewardship. This passion for surfing parallels with the sacred yoga practice creating this coexistence and synchronism within. A true embodiment of Zen with her partner Tony embodying the Hang Ten as they both guide you through each journey.
